Darby Fowler is a recent transplant to Florida via Florence, AL, but has already fallen in love with the area and its people. She is ecstatic to call Panama City home. Darby’s main areas of focus are bankruptcy and civil litigation.

Darby graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2023 with her Juris Doctorate along with a legal masters in taxation. While at Alabama law, Darby served as an editor of the Law and Psychology Review, served as a student mediator for the Tuscaloosa County court system, and participated in Moot Court. Before attending law school, Darby graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Alabama.

Darby currently serves as the Panama City Division Representative for the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association. She is also a member of the St. Andrews Bay Inn of Court.

In her free time, Darby enjoys reading, watching a variety of sports (Go Red Sox!) and traveling. Ask her about her current journey to visit all 63 U.S National Parks.
